Personal Information Provided by You. The personal information that we collect depends on the context of your interactions with us and the Services, the choices you make, and the products and features you use. The personal information we collect may include:

- usernames

Music Content Data. Our application collects and processes inputs provided by users for AI-powered music creation services. This includes:
- Text prompts, lyrics, and descriptions you provide for music generation
- Audio inputs you upload for remixing or enhancement
- AI-generated songs, instrumentals, and audio content created through processing
- User preferences such as genre, mood, tempo, and style selections
Music Content Usage: We use collected music content data exclusively for:
- AI-powered music generation, enhancement, and transformation
- Audio processing and quality improvement
- Delivering AI-generated music content to users
- Providing personalized music creation features
Music Content Retention: Generated music content is stored in your account until you choose to delete it or your account is terminated. We do not use your generated music for training AI models without your explicit consent.
Payment Data. We may collect data necessary to process your payment if you make purchases. All payment data is stored by Stripe and/or Apple/Google for in-app purchases.
Social Media Login Data. We may provide you with the option to register with us using your existing social media account details, like your Google or Apple account.
Application Data. If you use our application(s), we also may collect the following information if you choose to provide us with access or permission:
- Microphone Access. We may request access to your device's microphone for audio input features. If you wish to change our access, you may do so in your device's settings.
- Push Notifications. We may request to send you push notifications regarding your account or when your music generation is complete. If you wish to opt out, you may turn them off in your device's settings.
Information automatically collected: We automatically collect certain information when you visit, use, or navigate the Services. This information does not reveal your specific identity but may include device and usage information, such as your IP address, browser and device characteristics, operating system, language preferences, and other technical information.
2. HOW DO WE PROCESS YOUR INFORMATION?
We process your personal information for a variety of reasons, depending on how you interact with our Services, including:
- To facilitate account creation and authentication and otherwise manage user accounts.
- To deliver and facilitate delivery of services, including processing your inputs and generating AI-powered music content.
- To respond to user inquiries/offer support to users.
- To send administrative information to you, such as details about our products and services, changes to our terms and policies.
- To fulfill and manage your orders, payments, returns, and exchanges.

6. HOW DO WE HANDLE YOUR SOCIAL LOGINS?
Our Services offer you the ability to register and log in using your third-party social media account details (like your Google or Apple logins). Where you choose to do this, we will receive certain profile information about you from your social media provider. We will use the information we receive only for the purposes described in this privacy notice.
7. IS YOUR INFORMATION TRANSFERRED INTERNATIONALLY?
Our servers are located in the United States. If you are accessing our Services from outside the United States, please be aware that your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed by us in the United States. 11. CONTROLS FOR DO-NOT-TRACK FEATURES
Most web browsers and some mobile operating systems include a Do-Not-Track ("DNT") feature. At this stage no uniform technology standard for recognizing and implementing DNT signals has been finalized. As such, we do not currently respond to DNT browser signals. If a standard is adopted in the future, we will inform you in a revised version of this privacy notice.

We have not disclosed, sold, or shared any personal information to third parties for a business or commercial purpose in the preceding twelve (12) months. We will not sell or share personal information in the future belonging to website visitors, users, and other consumers.
